Dr. Rana Baroudi received her dental degree from Harvard University. She completed her 3-year residency in Periodontics and Dental Implants at the University of California at San Francisco. Her work mainly focuses on the treatment of periodontal disease and the surgical placement of dental implants for tooth replacement.
She has had extensive training in all aspects of surgical and non-surgical periodontics and implant dentistry. These included various bone grafting procedures done to facilitate implant placement, such as ridge preservation, ridge augmentations, ridge splits, sinus elevations, and onlay block grafts. She is also experienced in minimally invasive periodontal plastic surgery procedures for treating gum recession and esthetic gingival re-contouring. Dr. Baroudi is also licensed to provided I.V. conscious sedation to make patient visits more comfortable.
